      It's actually better to stretch after exercising. Static stretching before exercise is pulling cold muscles which can cause injuries. i recommend stretching after at least 1520 min warm up exercising to heat up muscles and get your heart rate up to increase flow. This will also increase the results of your exercise by boosting you stamina. Warm muscle perform better than cold ones.
